Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

 

Aclue! Jewelry ships USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx.  As all items purchased from Aclue! Jewelry is handmade, please allow 7 - 10 business days to receive your order.  Expedited shipping may be requested.  All shipping charges will be billed to customer.

International Shipping
All international sales must be shipped to a home address rather than a post office box.

Customs, Duties and Other Fees
All customs, duties and fees will be billed to the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

How to Return

Returns must made within 3 days of purchase.  Returns must be in original package, original condition, include invoice number and be properly packaged for return shipping.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the event of damage during shipping, email our office for instructions on how to handle the return.  KEEP ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS.  Any claim for damages during shipping must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise and must be returned in original package.  Damaged merchandise will be repaired, receive replacement or full credit, at our discretion.  Credit memos must be used against new purchases.
 
EXCHANGES
Please carefully inspect merchandise upon receipt.  All Pierced Earring sales are FINAL.  All returns must have prior authorization.  Requests for exchanges must be made by email within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.  Exchanges must be in original package, original condition, include invoice number and be properly packaged for return shipping.  Insured shipping on returns is suggested.
